Heather Cunningham is a strengths-based, certified Whole Person Coach, a certified Kolbe Consultant, the Director of Student Success at Coach Training World, and Founder of Next Chapter Coaching and Training. Heather joined ICF Heartland as a new ICF member in May 2020 and is currently pursuing the ACC accreditation.
Driven to help others reach their potential from a young age, Heather’s passion for people inspired her to pursue a B.S. Degree in Family Studies and Human Services. She graduated from Kansas State University as part of the best and brightest of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. Heather spent the next 15 years supporting teams and executives in a variety of HR and operations management roles. Her gift for introducing systems that make life easier for others made her a highly efficient business professional. Yet she knew her efforts could have more meaningful impact by focusing on building and supporting people instead of procedures. This realization started her on her path to coaching.
Through the Whole Person Coaching method, Heather takes a holistic approach to help clients identify problems, untangle underlying causes, and find solutions that meet their specific needs. Whether working with individuals or teams, Heather helps them identify and leverage their unique strengths, develop strategies to overcome obstacles, and move forward with confidence. As a result, clients learn to let go of the old stories and patterns that are holding them back, reclaiming the power to rewrite their story and reset their trajectory for a brighter future.
