Stacy Feil
President
Stacy Feil, PCC, NBHWC, currently serves as President of ICF Heartland. As an executive coach, she works with decision-makers, boards, and entrepreneurs who are committed to making a difference in the world by creating a more sustainable future.
With over 20 years of leadership and management experience in professional services, engineering and technology, Stacy believes that meaningful engagement drives success, both personally and professionally. She envisions the future of ICF Heartland as an organization of dynamic member interaction and supportive camaraderie through communications technology and member events that bridge the geographical distance between chapter members across the states of Kansas and Missouri. She also believes that while coaching is a tool for effective conversations that open minds and inspire growth, a thriving member association is a tool for effective community that engenders unity and promotes an enduring positive presence.
Prior to her ICF Heartland presidency, Stacy served on the Membership Committee, Marketing Committee and as Vice President. In 2019, she was the ICF Heartland Future Leader award winner. She holds degrees in engineering and computer science, sustainable design, and organizational communications as well as multiple leadership, environmental sustainability, and coaching certifications. For fun, she teaches wellness through classical, therapeutic yoga.
