Charity became the Executive Director of HopeNet, Inc, in 2011, which transforms lives through coaching and counseling. The faith-based nonprofit based in Wichita, Kansas has experienced exponential growth after serving an average of 200 people per year its first 20 years from 1991-2011. In the year 2018, HopeNet served nearly 3200. A proven organizational developer, Charity launched the 21st Affiliate of Christian Youth Theatre in 2009 as Board President establishing processes as Managing Director in 2010. While Coaching Debate and Forensics, hosting local, regional and national NCFCC tournaments in 2003-06, Charity provided Administrative support for a local school start up: The Classical School of Wichita. Organizational Development, Infrastructure and Human Capital engagement are her strengths. Her forte is building, empowering, and releasing a team. Charity instinctively looks for patterns and runs scenarios for strategic intervention and exponential impact. Coaching is a natural outflow of her desire for forward movement, leveraging passion and natural talents for strategic purpose.
