Biography
I'm a a leadership coach and organizational change consultant with 25+ years of experience across the public, private and nonprofit sectors. I've worked within and consulted for a variety of mission-driven organizations - helping leadership navigate change successfully while building consensus with their teams and partners. I specialize in leadership development, managing through change, strategic planning, and team building.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in English from Princeton University, a Master in Public Policy from UC Berkley, and am a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. I'm working to gain my ICF certification as an Executive Coach through MentorCoach, LLC.
I'm passionate about this work because I've navigated significant change myself. While it never gets any easier, it also never fails to delight. As I'm guessing many of us learned through COVID, I don't think our personal and professional lives can exist in separate boxes - instead, we need to find the balance between them and align them as best we can. That process is what launched me into my current course of setting up my own consulting and coaching practice; a shift for which I am eternally grateful. I'm a single mother by choice with per-teen twins, two dogs with strong personalities, a pair of very social guinea pigs, and a community of friends and family who make our worlds go round. I'm a firm believer that the cup is half full of something that probably tastes pretty good and that anything is possible with the right mindset and support.
I'm hoping to get my coaching certification this fall, and really need to get into gear with setting up that side of my business!
