Biography
Amanda Hahn, MSOD, PCC is an executive and leadership coach, organizational development leader, and educator who works at the intersection of leadership, coaching, and learning. She partners with leaders navigating change, growth, and transition, supporting them in building clarity, confidence, and sustainable impact.
With over 25 years of experience in corporate retail, Amanda has served both as a senior business leader driving enterprise-wide system implementations and large-scale change initiatives and as a business manager navigating the realities of transformation. This lived experience gives her deep insight into the human side of leadership in complex, fast-moving environments.
Amanda is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development Psychology. She serves as senior faculty for ICF-accredited executive and leadership coaching programs and teaches graduate-level coursework in organization development and change management. Her coaching philosophy centers on coaching the person, not the problem, integrating mindset, mental fitness, and whole-person leadership.
She has coached leaders from organizations including Microsoft, HP, Helzberg Diamonds, and United Way of Greater Kansas City, working with clients globally across industries. An AI enthusiast and early adopter, Amanda thoughtfully integrates emerging technologies into coaching and learning experiences—enhancing insight while staying grounded in human connection.
