Biography

I believe we have the power to create a healthy, joyful, purpose-driven life in each moment of every day. Vibrant, radiant health is inextricably linked with our ability to clarify and align with our authentic life purpose. Illuminate Guidance, LLC was born out of a deep desire to realize my own life purpose, which is to support others to:
  • nourish body, mind and spirit
  • connect to authentic self, community, creativity and purpose
  • transform our experience of life to one of balance, peace, and joy
For most of us, there’s a gap between our current experience of life and our highest aspirations. When we are supported and open to exploring this gap, new resources and possibilties emerge. I practice a unique blend of wellness and leadership coaching, partnering with clients to:
  • cultivate internal balance and strength
  • clarify and align with authentic life purpose
  • optimize leadership qualities and delivery systems to accelerate progress
The Illuminate Guidance approach is to start where you are, and go where you want to go. I provide a safe and creative space for you to learn and explore.If you could use a supportive, open-minded and objective coach to walk beside you as you inquire deeply into your own needs and resources, co-create a plan for transformation, and activate strategies to reach your goals, let’s hold space for you to discover what more is possible. I offer coaching in my office and over the phone, so this service is available to you wherever you are.
