Biography
Angela Grimes is a Leadership Coach and Consultant with more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience at Textron Aviation, including over a decade in executive roles guiding organizations, teams, and leaders through complexity and growth. Throughout her career, she has built high‑performing teams, shaped organizational culture, and developed leadership pipelines that elevate talent from potential to performance.
Angela holds a B.S. in Mathematics & Computer Science and an M.A. in Management of Information Systems. Through Textron, she completed intensive Executive Leadership training with the University of North Carolina and Senior Executive Leadership training with Duke University. She is also an active member of the International Coaching Federation, currently pursuing her ACC credentials.
Drawing on her experience leading through rapidly evolving technology environments, Angela brings a powerful blend of strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and intuitive insight to her coaching. She partners with emerging and established leaders to expand their influence, strengthen their confidence, and accelerate their readiness for senior‑level responsibility. Her approach is grounded in real‑world executive experience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges leaders face in today’s corporate landscape.
Beyond her professional work, Angela serves as the Vice President on the board of CASA Sedgwick County and is deeply committed to supporting her community. She is grounded by a wonderfully supportive husband and four incredible adult children, each forging their own distinct and meaningful path.
