Change to ICF Heartland CCE Policy
As part of our ongoing commitment to align chapter practices with ICF Global requirements, CCE units will be awarded only for live attendance at chapter events beginning July 1, 2026. Participants who attend live must attend at least 80% of the program to receive a CCE certificate. While recordings will remain a valuable member resource whenever available, they will no longer be eligible for CCE credit. We appreciate your understanding as we implement this change to ensure our chapter remains aligned with ICF standards.
