Biography

I am a graduate of Baker University in Balwin City, KS. with a B.S. in Business Management and a veteran of the U.S. Army. I retired from UPS after 31 years, 20+ at the executive level. That experience provided the opportunity to acquire high levels of proficiency in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Time Management, and Employee Engagement skills. Moreover, through a focus on the principles of Emotional Intelligence and its benefits, a path was illuminated for me to establishing a sound leadership presence I did not think possible in a corporate environment. In turn, I found the beginnings of the calling to my next career as an Executive Leadership coach.

I value assisting others in re-evaluating their beliefs in a way that serves their intuitive self. Moreover, through that process, live and lead in concert with uplifting resonant energy and release of judgment. Through applying the foundations of self-awareness and self-management the client's acknowledgment of limiting beliefs and assumptions, can become less daunting. Moreover, the practice of moving on from those energy blocks becomes more evident, and the establishment of EI begins.

My philosophy around leadership development is based on a belief that it is essential for one to create their leadership presence in all aspects of life. This presence includes relationships, marriage, social engagement, spirituality and civic responsibility. Moreover, that a 360 vision of leadership is established.

Each client brings a personal agenda to coaching that aligns to one of my core values ~ Service. Service in the sense that through my training and commitment as a coach, I may provide a stable and guiding presence to their journey.

Utilizing my iPEC training and incorporating the theory of High Energy Leadership, I assist my clients in processing their leadership intentions. Which in turn creates an understanding that their purpose serves them not only in a work environment but in all facets of life.

I am a Master Practioner in the Energy Leadership Index, and I hold my certification through the ICF at the A.C.C. level.
