Biography

I’m a professional coach who works with leaders whose work-life “balance” is NOT. Balanced, that is! They long to bring their passion to life and be excited to get out of bed. So that their first thought in the morning even on a Monday, can be “Thank God, it’s morning!” instead of the standard, “Oh Gawd, does it HAVE to be morning?!”

WHY ME: I founded Lift Coaching to champion those leaders who need to discover a vision that engages their best self while advancing their teams and their own careers.

MY VISION: A world of people excited to work together. Working with business teams to reach incredible goals connects with my passion for making beautiful music directing our church’s a cappella choir: guiding each singer to find their own voice and unite in diverse harmony to make the best possible sound together.

I studied Psych, Business, and Russian studies; earned MA from Univ of Kansas; Certified in association management (CAE), professional coaching (ACC from International Coach Federation), personal branding (Certified Reach Personal Brand Strategist).

Specialties: Partner with teams and individuals to help them understand their strengths and how to EFFECTIVELY APPLY them 24/7 for optimal fit. Enthusiastically share with association groups from 1 hour to extended engagements to help their staff discover their best self, land their best job, and develop their best team.
