Tracy Winter & Kate Arms, Neurodiversity Coaching Academy co-founders will introduce a coaching skill drill necessary for neurodiversity-inclusive coaching. 15-20% of the world population thought to be neurodivergent, you’re already coaching neurodivergent clients. Rather than focus on diagnoses, neurodiversity-inclusive coaching requires us to question our own assumptions and trust our clients’ self-understanding.
