Rachelle is a certified facilitator/trainer of True Colors and Personality Dimensions team development workshops, The Coach U Coaching Clinic for Managers, Mental Health First Aid, and Trauma Informed Systems of Care.
As a licensed clinical psychotherapist with a strong background in behavioral health leadership and organizational change, and a graduate of Coach U, Rachelle has earned her Professional Coach Certification (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. She has served as President of the ICF Greater Phoenix Coaches Alliance, and she currently serves as President elect for the ICF Heartland Charter Chapter.
